Background:
Ivington CofE Primary School is situated in the village of Ivington, which is about 2 miles from Leominster in Herefordshire. The school has 87 children on roll from the age of four up to the age of 11. The buildings are a sympathetic mix of Victorian and modern opposite to the village church of St John's. New administrative block was opened in November 2000 and provides school with an excellent reception office, head teacher's office and a staff room. These are linked, by a sweeping corridor to the old Victorian buildings and new classrooms. The school also provides various extra-curricular activities such as netball, football, choir, cricket, recorders, chess, athletics, maypole dancing and art.
